Terms of Service - SOL Rush

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOL Rush: Prediction Game ("the Service"), available at guesscoinprice.com and through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SOL Rush is a prediction game built on the Solana blockchain. Users predict whether the price of SOL (Solana) will go UP or DOWN within 30-minute rounds. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Wallet Connection & Transactions

To participate in prediction rounds, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We never store or have access to your private keys. All blockchain transactions are irreversible.

5. Game Mechanics

Rounds last 30 minutes: 20-minute Bet Phase followed by 10-minute Live Phase.
Once placed, bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded (except in case of round cancellation).
Winners share the total prize pool minus a 5% platform fee.
If Locked Price equals Closed Price, it is considered a House outcome.
Payouts are distributed automatically to winners' wallets.

6. Fees

A 5% fee is deducted from each round's total prize pool. This fee covers platform maintenance, development, and operational costs. Standard Solana network transaction fees also apply.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Participation in SOL Rush involves financial risk. You may lose your entire bet amount. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be paused for maintenance, technical issues, or security concerns. In case of round cancellation, confirmed bets are fully refunded.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without authorization.
Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities.
Use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOL Rush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
